• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

• Postage fees will not be charged for the first voucher issued. Replacement vouchers will be charged a postage fee.

• Vouchers can be redeemed by contact with the email address on the voucher.

• Services must be pre-booked.

• Monetary vouchers can be used for full or part payment of a service.

• Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
